One team. One standard. Twelve years.

SR Associates was founded to resolve what most firms separate — structural engineering and architectural finish — into a single accountable practice. No outsourced core work. No subcontracted audits.

Close detail of a material transition — polished stone meeting raw concrete at a wall junction, diffused daylight raking across the surface, no people, sharp focus on texture and edge precision

Structure and finish resolved together

Most firms hand structural work to a consultant and aesthetic decisions to a separate designer. SR Associates carries both disciplines internally — the structural logic informs every material choice from the first plan.

Forty-two completed projects. Each resolved by the founding team — the same engineers who drew the plan supervised the pour and signed off the finish.

+ How We Work

Audited twice before it leaves our desk

01 — Structural Audit
02 — Sanction Clearance
03 — Site Accountability

Every plan audited internally first

Municipality approval on every submission

Same team from drawing to handover

Before any plan reaches the municipality, our own engineers conduct a full structural review. Errors caught internally cost nothing; errors caught on site cost everything.

The second signature — the municipal stamp — is what legally protects the client. We prepare submissions that pass on first review; resubmissions are not part of our record.

The engineer who drew the structural plan supervises execution on site. No handoff to a contractor who never saw the design intent. Continuity is not a service option — it is standard.

Credentials are built, not declared

Forty-two completed structures across Amravati — each photographed as built, none as rendered. The project record is the argument.
